  • Compatible with a wide range of marine and automotive applications

  • Works with NLGI #2 marine-grade grease formulated for rust and corrosion resistance

Installing Grease Cartridges:

  • Unscrew the head cap from the barrel and remove it
  • Inspect the rubber plunger inside the barrel; if uneven, pull the rod handle to full extension and release it several times until the plunger is level
  • Pull the rod handle all the way out and lock it into the retaining slot
  • Remove the plastic cap from the end of the grease cartridge and insert it open end first into the barrel
  • Push the cartridge in until the pull-tab rim contacts the barrel rim, then remove the pull-tab seal
  • Replace the head cap
  • Release the rod handle from the retaining slot and push it lightly into the barrel to prime the gun
  • Pump the lever several times until grease flows from the coupler

Troubleshooting:

  • If grease does not flow from the coupler: replace the grease cartridge or refill the barrel
  • If air trapped in the head prevents grease flow: slightly loosen the head cap to release trapped air, then retighten securely and pump until grease flows
