Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
Condition
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
How to start a return
Email info@elliottstackleandrigging.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Please do not ship anything back without authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping & restocking
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
Non-returnable items
The following generally cannot be returned:
- Special-order and non-stock items
- Opened DVDs, CDs, charts, and cartography (unless defective)
- Hazardous-material items that have been opened
- Electronic safety devices that have been registered or activated
Items requiring warranty or other service should be returned directly to the manufacturer. We're happy to help you with that process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you about approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order before it ships; once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.
